Second, students can have enough time to take part in various kinds of sport activities to improve their health. Furthermore, they can spend more time on social activities to improve their abilities. Last, students can have adequate time to plan and prepare their life and study next week. As a coin has two sides, there are also some problems. Some students feel that they have nothing to do but sleep. Some are addicted to such entertainments as watching TV, seeing films and playing video games. Some exhaust themselves by excessive outdoor games.
